Summertime FUN!

The other day on Facebook my friend posted a bucket list that she created for her and her kids to do this summer. I thought this was a fabulous idea, so I decided to crate one for our family too! I always have good intentions to do fun things with the boys, but then finding the time or remembering what is was that we wanted to do and never end up doing anything! The boys are getting older and get bored easy now a days!

So this year we are going to stick to this list and cross them off as we go!

*I have a mommy bucket list too...it consists of organizing every room and closet, including the basement and the garage! Not nearly as much fun as the boys' list!!

Baby 'A' { 11 days new }

I LOVE newborns!!

This sweet little girl was just 4 lbs. making her the smallest baby I have ever photographed. Come to think of it, she was the smallest baby that I have ever even held! She was just so snuggly and sweet. I'm really super excited that I will be able to watch her grow over the next year since she is part of my 'Baby Plan'! So I'm sure that you will be seeing much of her in the future, YAY!

Enjoy the peek!

Family of { eight }

This was the sweetest family ever!

I have to say that when the mom told me that they had 6 kids my heart pounded a bit! When they arrived I could tell that the kids were so well behaved. I was right, they were absolutely a dream to photograph! There are a lot of the little guy since these were his first professional photos! He was loving the camera and I was loving him! :)

Our boys { Spring Session }

Let me just start of by saying photographing your own children can be quite a challenge!!! It doesn't matter how young or old they are, it is hard work. I have been doing photography for 2 years now and you would think that my boys would be use to me taking their pictures, but not really. I have to say that my 7 year old did A-Mazing during this session. He actually might be getting use to it, finally! My 5 year old on the other hand is a different story. It must be the age, because he use to be the easy one! I still managed to get some great pictures of the both of them, but not too many of them together! There's always next time! ;)
We had fun during this shoot and it helped that my hubby was there with me to help. Oh, and that we bribed them with going for ice cream afterwards!! :) heehee! You gotta do what you gotta to do!

Another great thing about having my husband there was that he was able to take a few pictures of me with my sweet little boys! As a photographer, or even just as a mom, we are the ones that are ALWAYS behind the camera lens and rarely get to be in front of the camera (not that I want to be), but every now and then is fine! It was wonderful to get some special pictures of the three of us together!
I can't wait to print these and hang them in my house!

I might even order a canvas of each of the boys!

My Favorite of Brayden!!

This might be my Favorite one of Kaleb, not sure yet I have a few!

LOVE my silly little boys!! One day I will long for them to act like this again, I know! It makes me sad to know that they are growing up.
